REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns

You have the right to return your product within 30 days after receiving the products. All returned products must be unused and unaltered and with their original packaging. Returns initiated after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted.

If the item is being returned due to change of mind or wrongly ordered goods, you will be required to pay any postage costs. Include the original delivery note with the reason for return clearly stated. If the return is a result of a defective product or our error (ie. you received an incorrect item, etc.), we will pay the return postage costs.

Before you return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

We advise customers to try the shoes in the house for approximately one or two hours to make sure you are happy with the fit.  If you are not happy with the fit when trying the shoes indoors, please return them to us and we will either refund or exchange.  We are unable to accept returned shoes that have been worn outdoors unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect with the shoe.

On the rare occasion you have a product with a manufacturing defect. Some products come with their own timeframe guarantee. Specified on the product. Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. We will firstly offer a repair solution.  If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available).

Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.

SUSPECTED FAULTY SHOES SHOULD BE RETURNED CLEAN AND DRY.

Normal return process time is 5-14 working days from date delivered. If you want to exchange to a different size, and don’t want to wait, please return the order for a refund, and place a new order online. Exchanges are subject to availability – if the desired size is not available when we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund and notify you via email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: item is with obvious signs of use; item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
